International Customers: Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. For EU customers, VAT may be applied at checkout in accordance with applicable EU regulations. The final amount charged will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

04 — Delivery

05 — Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final. Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the download link has been provided and the digital content has been accessed.

By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and waive any applicable right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Eligible for Refund / Resolution:

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after accessing the content

06 — EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have specific rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

  • Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been made available with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
